1. elementary school，小学。 小学也可用英语primary school表示。
eg:elementary表示基本的，初级的； primary表示最初的，主要的。

2. junior middle school，初中。初中也可说成junior high school。
eg:It happened during my first year in my junior middle school.
这件事发生在我初中一年级的时候。

3. senior middle school，高中。高中也可说成high school；high school一般是指美国的高级中学(通常为9至12年级)。
