There was a rumor1 that I had heard that she was gonna be on this show. And the second I heard that, I thought how in the world do you work Britney Spears into the Emmy telecast. However, I was down there today, and you know, it's typical panic and there are closed-doors and people running around. So, I don’t know, if she is going to be on, I assume2 I’m not a part of it because I don’t know anything about it.

Why do you think she did that?
God, there, there why do I think she has done a lot of things over the last few months. I don’t know, I think she probably felt like she was ready and when you watch it you, you get the sense that she may have needed another week or so to get ready for that telecast.
