 Lucy says she left "work at exactly five o'clock,"  露西说她“整五点就下班”离开了。

we might also say precisely1 at five o'clock - not 5:01, not 4:59, but five o'clock.  我们也可以说是正好五点，不是5:01，也不是4:59，而是五点。
