　　because unless you actually are feeling that way that you are not in the right body 除非你真正觉得 你之前的身体不是你感觉需要的身体

　　How do you explain it to somebody else that they don't understand.I try to reall explain that there's like two components to the gender 你怎么去跟人们解释他们不能理解的问题 我尝试这样解释 每种性别有两个组成部分

　　And that is your physical sex and then your,like the gender of your brain how you feel 一个是身体组成 另一个是大脑感觉
