Wow, we can jump, come.It's a tough job for a film crew,with all their equipment,to keep up in these harsh environments, 行得通  快下来 对于摄制组而言 在那么恶劣的环境下 还要背着设备工作真得很辛苦

but these guys do it incredibly well.That's it. I got you. Okay. 不过他们出色地完成了任务 就是这样  我抓住你了  很好

Sometimes, though, the only way through is on my own. 不过有时候  只能我一个人完成攀爬

Oh, oh. Got my foot, I can just move it to the left or the right. 我的脚只能左右移动

Tough little thing,and it has to be, strapped² to Bear Grylls' arm,he smacks³ it about all the time. 这个小东西必须绑在贝尔的手臂上 贝尔老是会撞到它
