US authorities warn that oil, that has exploded in three big accidents in the past year, may be more flammable than normal crude. One monitor tells us it needs stronger containers. Also, Panama's president says he'll fly to Europe to try to sort out a dispute over a $1.6 billion cost overrun in updating the 100 year-old Panama Canal.
