As the crisis in Iraq continues, oil and gas analyst2 at the Economist3 Intelligence Unit, Peter Kiernan, explores how it might affect the oil market in the longer term. The Cerrejon mine in northwest Colombia is the biggest open cast coal mine in the world, but some human rights groups are saying the coal comes at too high a price for the indigenous4 people who live in the area. We speak to Kirsty Wright of the World Development Movement who has just returned from the mine. In our weekly round up of the week we discuss the World Cup, London Taxi drivers protesting the taxi-booking mobile app company 'Uber' as well as the introduction of plain cigarette packaging in Ireland.
