"Business Matters: US Promises More Sanctions on Russia

Russians are trading a new currency in Moscow -but not of the monetary2 kind, it's the Apple iPad, as shoppers get rid of their increasingly worthless roubles. The White House promises further sanctions - but the Russian Foreign Minister says - bring it on- we'll hear more from both continents. We also learn about the industrial dispute in America's West Coast ports slowing imports and exports as well as a new light therapy using solar power to help students in Sweden combat their harsh winter. Plus, the struggle of former child soldiers in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo to rebuild their lives and find jobs. Our guests on the programme are Sabri Ben-Achour of Marketplace in New York and Vandana Hari of Platts energy analysts3 is in Delhi.
