The Russian government and President Putin developed a clear preference for President-elect Trump¹, according to an assessment² made in a declassified³ intelligence report.

In a statement the President-elect acknowledged Russia, China and others are consistently trying to break through cyber infrastructure⁶, adding he’ll appoint a team to give him a plan within 90 days of taking office to fight and stop cyberattacks.
