The governor of China’s central bank Yi Gang said recently that China would maintain a “normal” monetary¹ policy and would not get involved in competitive devaluation in an effort to improve the country’s slowing economy. 中国央行行长易纲最近表示，中国将维持“正常”的货币政策，不会为改善正在放缓的国内经济而争相进行货币贬值。
