Moms, can we talk for just a minute about why we're so tired? A new study commissioned by Welch's says the average mom works¹ the equivalent² of two full-time³ jobs per week.

If you add up the time the average working mom spends at her paid job and her work at home, it totals 98 hours a week. The survey of 2,000 American moms with kids age 5 to 12 found mom starts her day at about 6:23 am and doesn't finish until about 8:30 that night.

So what about "me time"? The survey found that moms get an hour and seven minutes to themselves each day.
