I missed the spicy1 food most when I was far away from home. No kidding! Myhometown was a small city in south China, with a reputation of spicy cooking.Before I left home, eating in McDonald's or pizza-hut with my friends wasalways cheerful experience. However, it’s only when I lived in a catering2 hall,facing hamburgers, chips, and chicken almost every day , that I came to realizethat how much I love those hot chilli and peppers, which are very common in theChinese dishes. But the good thing is, I started to learn how to cook Chinesefood, although i was thousands of kilometers away from home.
