Forme, the influence from my teachers is imcomparable. Mass media, such as newspapers and TV programmes are just tools for accessing information. These are just one-way communcation, without any personal and heartfelt interactions.However, the teachers’ influence could not merely measured by the comments ongraded papers or the objective knowledge they have taught. My heart is filledwith gratitude¹ for Prof. Kuang, my master superviosr. Through her, I learnedthe spirit of academics. I learned how to hold myself when facing“catastrophies” in life and go through them. So, compared with newspaper or TV,the teachers’ influence is much more long-lasting and profound.
