Personally, I would like to say thatIprefer to find a job through which I can get great personal satisfaction,and there are a couple of reasons to name. The first reason I wanna say isthe friendly and warm atmosphere is important for people, and thus people will work more efficiently1 and contribute2 more to the company.The second reason isdoing something we are interested in is a kind of happiness even though the salary is not high while doing the work we don’t like can only cause pain no matter how high the salary is.So that’s why Iprefer to find a job through which I can get great personal satisfaction.
