Personally, I would like to say that Iprefer to lead others in a group,and there are acouple of reasons to name. The first reason I wanna say is by doing this, I can learn a lot from this experience and I can improve my interpersonal and communication skills, which are very important in my future career,The second reason is I can have the right to distribute the resources and thus I can make good use of my ability and everyone will try their best for the group, and thus the group will be prosperous¹.So that’s why I prefer to lead others in a group.
