ticket最常见的意思就是票，例如：
Show your tickets，please.请出示你的票。
在口语中ticket也指罚款的票据。第一句就是罚款单的意思。但在口语中ticket也可做动词表示对...开罚单。例如：
He was ticketed for speeding.他因超速而被开了罚单。
The driver was ticketed for parking1 in front of a fire hydrant.那个司机因把车停在消防栓前而接到交通违规罚单。
