In order to have a healthy baby, it is best for a woman not to do certain things while pregnant1. Most babies have problems because their mothers took drugs or drank alcohol2 while pregnant. There is nothing that stops the baby from getting whatever the mother has got in her body. There is no safe among alcohol or drugs the pregnant women can take.
