Hundreds of thousands of federal workers are expected back on the job on Tuesday with the government open for business. Republicans promised democrats1 that the Senate will soon address the plight2 of young immigrant DACA recipients3.

And Bill Cosby performed at a Philadelphia Jazz club. He got a warm welcome from the crowd and did not discuss his upcoming sexual assault retrial.
